Marketing and advertising translations require some of the highest levels of creativity and, generally, should not be literal, which makes them some of the most demanding as well. Marketing texts are based on target market insights—segmentation, targeting, positioning—and the translation agency’s job here is to convey their messages as best as possible in the target language
